Challenge
A major upstream oil and gas operator with an extensive OTS portfolio, powered by K-Spice and LedaFlow, needed to accelerate delivery and reliability with a growing digital ecosystem, facing four critical requirements:

By delivering new builds, critical upgrades, and 100% remote execution, we proved the ability to drive operational reliability and measurable training efficiencies at scale.
Key OTS program elements:
- Expansion of the simulator portfolio with three assets to nine in total
- Full remote Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of one asset
- Two new simulator builds initiated
- Water-flood upgrades on two simulators
- Continued development and full updates of four of the simulators.
- Pre-deployment code verification and testing on OTS to improve reliability.
