Extreme Weather Alerts in Kognitwin Grid

Kognitwin Grid
Power grid operators face growing challenges from extreme weather that could significantly impact the grid. As an initial step to help grid companies quickly sense and react to severe weather conditions, we are introducing Extreme Weather Alerts in Kognitwin Grid.
This new capability enables operational planners and maintenance teams to visualise extreme weather events and take proactive measures. Operators can convert weather data into actionable insights by utilising Kognitwin Grid's advanced data contextualisation, simulation, visualisation, and workflow orchestration.
The world is facing the impact of extreme weather like never before, making it one of the largest external risks to grids today. Based on feedback from our users, there’s a clear need for a proactive approach to managing these challenges. With this in mind, we’re helping grid operators shift from a reactive to a proactive stance, allowing them to plan ahead, reduce disruptions, and protect vital infrastructure.
