Vice President, Principal Analyst - Forrester
Paul researches smart manufacturing and the future of mobility, focusing on how emerging technologies reshape organizations and business models. His work covers digital twins, IoT, automation, sustainability, mobility ecosystems, and the role of AR/VR and the industrial metaverse. He joined Forrester in 2015 after six years as an independent analyst and founder of The Cloud of Data, focusing on cloud computing and big data. Earlier roles include senior management in UK software, IT policy in culture and education, and serving as the first director of the UK’s Common Information Environment, backed by organizations such as the NHS, Jisc, the British Library, and the BBC.
