Kongsberg Digital has acquired the industrial software company VISAVI

This acquisition supports Kongsberg Digital's leading position as a provider of industrial software for heavy asset industries. Visavi comes with deep domain knowledge, a strong position as an industrial software company as well as adding an attractive use case for our customers.

Visavi has 21 employees, consisting mainly of software developers and customer success consultants in addition to management. Visavi brings a highly skilled product team with experience in building relevant features within industrial software and will contribute strongly in building new value together with Kongsberg Digital. Being powered by Kongsberg Digital, Visavi's blue chip customers in the Energy and Process industries will benefit from a broader digital offering in addition to the Visavi SaaS solution.
