Vale and Kongsberg Digital Join Forces to Reduce Emissions

After implementing the vessel-to-cloud Vessel Insight technology to Guaibamax Bulk Carriers in 2020, Vale, iron ore producer and charterer of one of the world’s largest fleet of ore carriers, has signed with Kongsberg Digital to install Vessel Insight on four Valemax vessels.

LedaFlow Technologies has recently formed a research consortium with energy companies ConocoPhillips, TotalEnergies, Equinor, and ExxonMobil Technology & Engineering, as well as sub-suppliers Kongsberg Digital, SINTEF Industry, and SINTEF Energy Research, to enhance its multiphase transport simulator technology for transport and injection of CO2.

Together towards gold in Paris 2024

Kongsberg Gruppen (KONGSBERG) has signed an agreement to be a main partner of Summit 2024, a new initiative to lift ten selected sports to success at the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024. The collaboration will contribute to lifting Norwegian sporting achievements to medals in Paris through, among other things, using the group’s world-leading technology expertise.
