Kongsberg Digital is pleased to announce that the Norwegian Coastal Administration has taken the next step in its digitalization journey by signing up to Kongsberg Digital’s data infrastructure subscription service, Vessel Insight, and the performance application Vessel Performance.

Kongsberg Digital are pleased to announce to have signed a partnership agreement with MarineInsight™ by ioCurrents. The deal will make three new software solutions available to Vessel Insight subscribers via the Kognifai Marketplace: Vessel Health, Automated Reports and Fuel & Emission Optimization. The solutions will, respectively, assist in identifying engine failure through Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, create Automated Reports for all departments, and reduce fuel consumption based on proactive recommendations from automated data analysis.

Kongsberg Digital announce the latest version of the advanced transient multiphase flow simulator, LedaFlow v2.7. This new version brings the latest in Slug Capturing research and development by the LedaFlow partners to the market and can enable the design and operation of longer subsea tiebacks. This can reduce the need for additional production platforms which results in large cost saving and significantly reduced greenhouse gas emissions.

Höegh Autoliners has elected to onboard four additional vessels to a joint digital solution combining KONGSBERG’s Vessel Insight and MAN Energy Solutions’ PrimeServ Assist. Following the signing of a digitalization partnership between Kongsberg Digital and MAN Energy Solutions in May 2020, the combined infrastructure was initially trialed by Höegh in a two-vessel pilot project which has now successfully completed.

(05.05.2021)Kongsberg Digital, BW LNG and Alpha Ori Technologies have signed a strategic digitalization partnership to realize digital capabilities that enhance efficiency and reduce the environmental footprint of LNG carriers (LNGCs) and floating storage and regasification units (FRSUs). The agreement encompasses several projects, including utilizing a common data management platform and developing a maritime digital twin and digital processing models to facilitate operational excellence.
